ELCC Standard Alignment Rationale: This is a professional development presentation I created to train teachers about research-based strategies that make an impact on student learning. It focuses on the work of John Hattie and explains the process of peer observations. Teachers learn about the benefits that come from working with other teachers in the building, and are given the expectation and tools to put peer observations into action.

ELCC Standard Alignment Rationale: The research I did for this paper allowed me to learn more about the School Progress Plan (SPP).  I looked at the school assessment data to learn how the stakeholders interpret the school's mission and progress. I also learned how the goals in the SPP effect the school culture and climate, and how the needs of the students are addressed through goals and actions plans.

ELCC Standard Alignment Rationale:  The focus of this project was to find multiple strategies for integrating and promoting the school mission and vision into the operation and culture of the school.

ELCC Standard Alignment Rationale: I was able to work as an active member on the SPP committee. I worked with another to colleague to write a goal that connected with the school mission. We had to make sure to clearly explain the root causes for focusing on this goal, measurable objectives, and action plan to see and track progress.
