ELCC Standard Alignment Rationale: This paper describes the process of the observation cycle, including the pre-conference, observation, and post-conference. It outlines the value of the process and they way it can be used effectively to support teachers and build a positive relationship of trust and open communication between the evaluator and teacher.

Course: EAD Strategic Leadership and Management in the Principalship
ELCC Standard Alignment Rationale: Administrators need to prioritize safety, and take steps to always be prepared for emergencies. I used this exercise to plan how I would schedule and practice the procedures throughout the year. Creating a comprehensive calendar ensures these important tasks are completed timely, correctly, and in accordance with legal requirements.

ELCC Standard Alignment Rationale: This was an opportunity to work through an evaluation cycle with a pre-conference, observation, and post conference meeting. I was able to demonstrate how I would develop and supervise staff's instructional and leadership capacity.

ELCC Standard Alignment Rationale: For this project, I recommend possible improvements in instruction for beginning teachers, by walking through a coaching cycle. I include feedback for areas of improvement, recommendations on the effective use of technology, and suggestions on how to create trust and a personalized learning environment for teachers through transparency and open communication.
